At Marvelous Pest Control, we offer comprehensive residential pest control services. We can handle everything from ants and spiders to rodents and termites. We use safe and effective methods to keep your home pest-free, and we offer ongoing maintenance plans to ensure that your home stays that way. The Green zone program is not included on this service.
Prices start at $60.00 plus tax every other month
Marvelous Program
An all encompassing service that includes what other companies charge extra for included Rodents, Sugar Ants, Fire Ants, Grubs and Spiders.
Service is also performed every two months and also includes one inside treatment per year with a rodent bait stations outside and the yard treated for fire ants. Annual grub and Chinch bug treatment also included.
Shrubbery treated for scale and aphids and other pests.
Pricing starts $75.00 plus tax Every other month.

Green Botanical
If you prefer a green, botanical approach. no worries Marvelous Pest has you covered. Our green pest control services use environmentally friendly treatments to eliminate pests while minimizing their impact on the environment. We also offer ongoing protection to keep your property pest-free using safe and sustainable methods.
Pricing starts $85.00 plus tax each treatment.

Mosquitoes
Nothing is worse than sitting outside, and being constantly harassed by mosquitoes. they fly around looking to make a meal out of you .
Mosquito suppression treatment can be done at the time of service with a discount or can be a stand alone treatment. While no one can guarantee elimination we can set up a plan to make the outdoors barrable

One Time Cleanout Treatment
A very detailed treatment on your home, it includes an interior treatment and inspection. The outside treatment is even more detailed with hand treatment around the doors and windows. Dusting of the weep holes. A barrier is then applied around the foundation of the structure and to the yard and flower beds.
This treatment is between one to two hours to complete
Price starts at $125.00 with a 60 day warranty
If you are needing just a basic Pest control service and are not having any known problems, then our basic one time service may be for you. it is by design to be a general treatment and not intended to take care of large infestations, covered pest are Earwigs, Crickets, Ground Beetles, Non German roaches and Millipedes.
One time general treatments are $85.00
Ant Treatment
When your home is being invaded by a ants whose colony size reaches into the tens of thousands, you need a multi step program and not a singular spray. The first treatment is a very thorough inspection and baiting program. it is intended to not only take out the queen but many other ants. the second treatment is one week later and will take out any stragglers. we also look for what is causing the problem and will help you address that.
Pricing for this treatment is difficult to put a one price fits all but will start these treatments at $125.00
Tree Service
Give your trees that extra boost with our fertilization and systemic pest control service. Excellent treatment for crepe myrtles, it protects from scale and aphids and creates a simply marvelous flower bloom.
$75.00 per tree and this will last the whole season.
Disclosure
If you are looking for Big corporate service, where you are nothing more than an account number, having a new pest control technician every other visit, or a ten minute pest control service, then Marvelous Pest control is not for you. Our only Technician is our owner. We are located in Bedford TX. Marvelous Pest Control is proud to be a Mom and Pop business.
If you want to be tied to a long term contract with cancelation fees, Then Marvelous Pest Control is not for you.

The fine print
These prices are based on a 2,500 square foot house and a lot size of under a quarter acre. For larger homes and larger lots an additional fee WILL be required. Marvelous Pest Control does not offer pest elimination only pest control.
Insects not covered on regular maintenance program are as follows German Roach, Bedbugs, large colony ants, spiders are treated for but not warrantied .
If you have a large infestation of insect activity a clean out service may be required to start service.

For a truly marvelous experience we do not require you to become an indentured servant of the company. Marvelous Pest Control believes in earning your business and trust. We do offer a terms of service that lays out in great detail what is expected from both Marvelous Pest and the Customer.
